We designed and planned the IPDC/Coca Cola Co-operative Estate, a private residential estate comprising of 87 plots of land (approx 2 hectares) located at Sango Tedo, in Eti-Osa Local Government area of Lagos State (after the new Lagos Business School and before Crown Estate on the Lekki-Epe expressway). All the plots in the estate were sold within eight (8) months of marketing and are currently undergoing development.
